Description and Requirements
What You’ll Do
Create campaign concepts and key visuals from scratch, translating business or marketing briefs into strong creative directions.
Design premium digital assets for eCommerce, demand generation, and campaign channels, including hero visuals, banners, promotional modules, product-focused graphics, and campaign extensions.
Build photorealistic product compositions that show Lenovo products in use, in lifestyle environments, or in product-centric scenes that feel realistic and visually elevated.
Ensure high-quality execution across visual details such as lighting, shadows, reflections, highlights, color accuracy, materials, perspective, and product scale.
Develop creative concepts that communicate urgency, energy, technology, innovation, and dynamism across different segments and audiences.
Adapt campaign ideas into multiple formats while maintaining consistency, impact, and brand alignment.
Present creative concepts in English, explaining the visual direction, rationale, and narrative behind the work.
Interpret stakeholder feedback clearly and iterate designs while maintaining the strength of the original concept.
Use AI-assisted tools and automation when appropriate to improve workflow efficiency and elevate the quality of deliverables.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital design, campaign creative, visual design, or marketing design for digital channels.
Preferred educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign visuals, digital assets, product compositions, and high-quality visual execution.
Strong visual design fundamentals: composition, hierarchy, typography, color, storytelling, and attention to detail.
Strong experience with photorealistic image composition and retouching, including realistic lighting, shadows, reflections, perspective, and product proportions.
Ability to create concepts from scratch and translate them into polished digital campaign assets.
Advanced English communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, build a creative narrative, and interpret stakeholder feedback effectively.

Illustrator. Mandatory, comfortable creating, editing, and exporting vector assets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables, deadlines, and feedback cycles.
Ability to follow brand guidelines while still bringing fresh, creative, and elevated visual solutions.
Nice to Have
Experience creating campaign systems, from a main key visual to multiple format adaptations and cutdowns.
Experience with video editing or motion design using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Familiarity with Figma and/or Adobe XD for collaboration, reviewing layouts, or working with digital design files.
Experience using AI tools to improve creative quality and production efficiency, such as Adobe Firefly, generative fill, image enhancement, background generation, or similar tools.
Experience in designing for technology, eCommerce, performance marketing, or product-led campaigns.
