The role will serve as the primary HR Analytics and insights advisor in Americas, being responsible to provide meaningful, and relevant analytics and insights to leaders, supporting critical talent decision making every day, provide support in critical projects requiring deep knowledge of Talent Metrics and analytical tools to process and structure big amounts of data
Main responsibilities:
Must have: 3-5 years of relevant experience at a mid/senior level.
