Entrevista
First I had an initial screening call with the internal recruiter at SF who was really really nice. He asked me some basic questions about why sales, why it would suit my personality, etc. he then explained the role in more detail. The call concluded with him sending me on more information to prepare for the first face to face interview.
Second stage of the interview process was a face to face interview with the hiring manager and a more senior member of the team. This consisted of some more detailed questions that were more challenging to answer. However throughout, I felt very comfortable thanks to both interviewers. While knowing it was for an important job, it really felt like we’re just chatting over lunch which I was happy with. I feel that it is important to show your personality and what you know about SF. So try not to be nervous, and just show your personality as much as you can.
Finally I was invited to an assessment centre at the offices which was a full day event. It consisted of 2 30min interviews which were very general once again about why sales, etc, and also why you want the role. We were also shown around the office by current employees which was very nice. Finally we were split into groups and performed a case study which had be sent out prior to the day. We had to work in this in groups while being observed by two managers.
I left the office knowing that this was the company for me, and i was lucky to receive an offer 1 week later.
4 interviews in total. The first was with HR, second with a manager and the third was a business case. The last interview was a personality test. To the people who apply for this job; I strongly suggest you to do you preparation!

Ridiculously long final interview for an entry level role. I was asked to take a day off of my annual leave for a 6 hour long assessment day. Required long hours of preparation after my working hours and I was asked to give a presentation on the day. I would not recommend employers dragging through candidates for this long and asking them to use their annual leave if the employers is not even sure about them at this stage. I found out that they were interviewing an other canditate for the same role and they were never meant to hire both us, opposed to what they said in the beginning. Recruiter never contacted me on her own about the outcome of the assessment day. I had to email her two weeks late to find out I did not get the offer.

I was approached for the bda role by a recruiter from Salesforce. I was pleasantly surprised by the research that was done prior to our conversation by the recruiter. The process was quite long but went very smooth and there were no unnecessary steps or questions.
