The process is very smooth, and they are very transparent about what to expect at each stage. My process consisted of an interview with a recruiter, a few technical interviews and then, if the Technical interviews go well I would be invited to present to a panel. My experience: I was invited to apply for the position. The next day my recruiter reached out requesting my availability for the next 2 weeks. Once provided I was sent over three invitations for three Technical interviews. I made it to last interview before the actual panel presentation. Got great feedback from my recruiter around my weaknesses. They gauged what areas I knew best and then focused on the ones where I was the weakest.

Interview process consists of a 15-minute phone screening, a technical challenge (untimed?) and at least one hour-long technical interview. Job was listed as remote but learned during the phone screening that it was instead hybrid. Interview process ended there for me as relocation was out of the question. Excellent interview lasts for 45 minutes followed by HR round, technical round salary negotiation they told about the rotational shift and job location and preferences etc I request you to please do well study to make it into Salesforce

Nice, smooth. they asked me examples in which I did team work, or I had to deal with a stressful moment. Why Sales and Why Salesforce. Why me? What scares you about sales

It was not very clear. Questions were leading and did not leave room for freedom of thought. They did not email me back after for feedback or next steps on process.

Pretty lengthy interview process, but the team was kind and intentional throughout. Seemed like a great company to work for, and they have a lot of growth opportunities for employees. Would recommend studying the job description in detail before interviewing so you know how to give relevant examples of your experience.

Pretty mediocre. They pushed me through to a final round before saying they aren’t hiring anymore for this position. Of course thats fine, but they could’ve let me know a bit sooner rather than string me along for three months.

Very unprofessional and worst recruiting and interview experience. I was recently interviewed by Salesforce for the Lead / Senior Devops Engineer position. I had total 6 rounds and panel interview. Recruiter didn’t give me any details what these rounds will be. First round technical questions where asked and I did really well. Second round with Hiring manager for 30 mins and it was very unprofessional. Hiring manager joined 10 mins late and was very short and asked me if I have any questions to asks and have only 5 mins left. Rest of the rounds where 1 hour behavior rounds. Another interviewer didn’t have any clue what he is supposed to ask and missing eye contact. Last round of panel 2 members where very intimidating. After all these 6 rounds, I never got any response. They didn’t have the courtesy to provide a feedback. Very unprofessional and they should know our time is also valuable. There are other smaller companies who are doing great and providing feedback.

Big company, hence the entitlement I guess. A close family member fell sick on my interview day and we had to rush to the hospital. And I asked them to reschedule the interview hence. They did. I reached out to them 3 days later only for them to tell me “we’ve put you on hold and will only accept an interview if the others are rejected”. They say the way a company treats you as a candidate is how they treat you as an employee. Good riddance, I just say!

It went quite normal. The interviewer asked some behavioural questions and a couple of clarification questions about my resume. Overall no tricky questions. It probably had something to do with seniority. At VP level they could have many ways to evaluate one's candidacy including but not limited to reference checks.
