    Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso me llevó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Salesforce (Buenos Aires) en noviembre de 2019.


    Todas las etapas fueron excelentemente gestionadas y muy claras, y siempre se notó el interés de transmitir que Salesforce es una excelente compañía, además de tener un trato cordial y estar atentos acualquier inquietud. El proceso incluyó un exámen técnico remoto (Hacker Rank) una entrevista presencial con recursos humanos, un exámen práctico presencial (whiteboard) y un exámen técnico presencial adicional (coding) para complementar el whiteboard y terminar de validad mis aptitudes técnicas. Además tuve entrevistas con los managers del equipo al que me integraría en caso de ser contratado, y quedó muy claro que todas estas etapas son importantes y son tenidas en cuenta. El profesionalismo que se ve en la ejecución del proceso hace que alguien con experiencia lo valore especialmente.

    • Me sorprendió para bien el interés de los managers por conocer cómo trabajé en mis anteriores posiciones, además de hacerme preguntas que apuntaban a validar mi forma de trabajar en equipo. Ejemplo de pregunta: ¿Cómo sumarías a un nuevo integrante al equipo para que logre integrarse de la mejor manera?   Responder pregunta
