Combination of in-person, phone and Google Hangout. All my interviewers were Director and Above so felt very important. Also held a happy hour to get to know the team better. It lasted for a number of weeks that could have been shorter. It seems like Director level positions are more important so they need consensus all the way up to CEO approval.
