The interviewer asked detailed questions about managing RFPs, working with cross-functional teams, qualification processes, and handling complex client requirements.

The interview process was clear, respectful, and well structured. The recruiter explained the role, the company, the compensation model, the benefits, and the next steps in the process. The conversation was professional and friendly, with enough time to discuss my background, experience in presales, operations, delivery, proposals, and solution architecture. Overall, it was a positive candidate experience.

They asked me about my experience in presales, especially how I work with proposals from beginning to end, including RFPs, RFIs, solution design, delivery strategy, collaboration with technical teams, and how I connect business needs with realistic and executable solutions.
The interview was conducted in English, and the conversation lasted 30 minutes. The interviewer had to meet this time strictly, so they might need to go faster through the questions.
Questions included experience with technologies, case-scenarios and some behavioral questions.
