The interview was very relaxed and conversational. The interviewer asked me about my experience in development, my expectations, and my salary requirements. The interview was conducted in Portuguese, my native language, but there were some questions in English as well. They explained the hiring model and the next steps in the process.

Spent several hours answering automated test questions, received no feedback at all. Easy math questions, some childish puzzles and a lot of pseudo-psychology like "would you spend your holidays making a Very Important Presentation for your Very Important Boss?"
