In San Juan del Río, we’re strengthening our Lean and Continuous Improvement capability. This role sits at the heart of that effort. If you enjoy turning chaos into order, spotting waste a mile away, and helping teams work smarter, not harder — you’ll fit right in.
You’ll drive the Morgan Production System across Site 1 and Site 2. That means working hands‑on with production, supply chain, engineering, quality, HR, finance, and whoever else needs your help. You’ll run Kaizen events, map processes, coach teams, fix problems, and push improvement projects that actually stick — not just the ones that look good on a slide.
