1 HR screen and three rounds of interviews. Thought they went pretty well but only to be ghosted with no rejection notice / email.
If candidates are to be put through four rounds of interviews, at least send them an email saying they moved on to another candidate instead of ghosting them and posting the same job again.

Entrevista
As part of the hiring process, the company included a rigorous evaluation process consisting of a timed Hackerrank technical test of average difficulty, followed by three rounds of interviews. The first interview was with the Hiring Manager and Team Lead, who provided a comprehensive overview of the company's expectations and culture. The second interview was conducted by the Hiring Manager and included cross-functional leads from different departments. This gave the company a chance to assess the candidate's ability to collaborate and work across teams. The third and final interview was with the Global Head of the function, who provided a broader perspective on the company's vision and long-term goals. Overall, this evaluation process demonstrated the company's commitment to finding the right fit for the position and provided a fair and thorough assessment of the candidate's skills and potential.
