Here is a glimpse of what awaits you: - Toxic positivity and controlling culture. - High level of micromanagement, in and out of the office, yet they have mentorship programme. Go figure!. - Senior managers accuse others and blame them and refuse to admit or correct their mistake. - Lack of commitment from senior managers. They are especially reluctant to commit to anything that require them to take on responsibilities. - Senior managers are not fit for purposes. They are clearly unethical, anxious, narcissistic and sexually deviant individuals. - Blind loyalty and nepotism are rewarded, not hard work. - Backbiting is widespread. Finally the masks fell, good riddance!
