Recruiter found my resume online and contacted me. We had two phone conversations. When she found out that I was out of town, talking to her on my cell phone, she seemed to lose interest. Sent e-mail, with updated resume over a couple of days, and then she did not reply any further. Called back and left follow up messages, she did not respond.

Sent CV Few days after (Maybe a week), had the first interview of 30 min (With Recruiter and try to assess me). After that got an email with congratulations, saying I would get to next phase, 3 days +/- after. Had the interview with the manager of the team, asked me about previous job, challenges I had and asked some technical CCNA level questions. 1 Month and half after, still have not got an answer from the recruiter, due vacations + then hiring manager being off etc.
