Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Visa Inc. (Austin, TX)

I find Visa very frustrating. As a large corporation you would think they could be better organized. They have an applicant tracking system, unfortunately it seems none of the recruiters bother to use it. You are left in limbo never actually being told you don’t have the job, you just start to realize it when no one will respond to your emails or phone calls.
Very uncertain outcome because I had 3 rounds of interviews plus a screening call in the span of 2 weeks. Then radio silence for over a month at this point. Have to assume I didn’t get it but should be able to communicate that to me clearly.
good, structured, efficient process. know how the overall interview process will go and be like before hand so i can set my expectations before interviewing with them. can be clearer in between interviews to give updates to the candidate

The whole interview took more than 2 months, 1 month waiting, lack of professionalism. Interviews were more about information about the job, and why do VP meet analyst candidates? Don't they have better things to do? Aren't managers should be enough? I'm not quite sure - some of the interviewers don't seem know what's going on..... Initial 'interviews' by HR were done in email... they asked your salary expectation, visa status, etc. Very lack of professionalism.
