3 stage interview process Stage 1: Phone call with recruiter (very robotic and not like a conversation at all) Stage 2: Google Meet w no cameras (basically another phone call) Stage 3: Final stage in person at the Salesforce office with 2 interviewers (one of the worst interviews I’ve experienced ever due to the interviewers being 25 mins late with no apology or reason, lack of preparedness for interview as they kept asking why I want to pivot to sales when I’ve only ever worked in sales, the virtual interviewer was eating lunch…no need for further explanation) Overall as big as the company is and how great a name it’s made for itself in the industry. The lack of professionalism in leadership in the Toronto sales department was shocking and quite frankly made it very easy to not want to work there. I can’t imagine how they treat their employees when this is how future potential candidates are treated.

Engaging and well run. They were very nice and explained everything. The interview was behavioral and very standard for behavioral interviews and not too hard. Overall good experience and good time.
