The interview process at Salesforce was well-structured and smooth. It started with an online coding assessment. This was followed by a technical round with an engineer, where I was asked two LeetCode-style problems along with questions about my resume and past project experiences. The final round was with the hiring manager. The interviewers were friendly and supportive throughout.

Super straightforward process and generally quick turnaround. Really appreciated how welcoming the internship process was and overall community at Salesforce (Futureforce program, hometown connection). Coding assessment was as expected (fairly passable on test cases with a few challenging cases at the end), was briefly referenced during interviews. Mostly asking for explanations about resume experiences and technical skills listed. Interview was for specific team location. AI experience felt like a plus to have but at the end of the day felt like the team was looking for strong fundamentals (web dev, 2+ languages).
