The interview process was extremely long. But the interviewer already knew they didn't want me, but was checking boxes because of my race. I felt they weren't interested from the beginning. Even after being late to the interview.

I can't remember the main questions but they were pretty basic.
The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Entrevista
Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.
Processus en 4 étapes:
- Interview avec Talent Acquisition
- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
