The start to finish interview process was incredibly positive. I applied in late December 2021 and had an offer by the first week of February 2022. This is very quick for such a large organization. I had a phone screen, 1st round interview, and a series of 3 2nd round interviews. Everyone was very pleasant and conversational from the recruitment team to the senior manager. The interviews were behavioral with set competencies per interviewer. Definitely a positive experience.
