The recruiter was very communicative, the process took around 3 months in total and the follow up from her was great. Screen - hiring Manager interview, - other 2 managers interviews and panel interview.

This was one of the strangest and most unprofessional interview processes I've ever been through. After the first two interviews the recruiter calls me to tell me that actually they are offering the job to someone internally, and that they just had to post the job publicly, but they like me and want to continue the interview process but only if I can agree to work as a contract employee. Weird, but okay. I ask some questions about the pay and benefits for their contract employees and get told that another company handles that and she doesn't know. Weird, but okay. Then, a day before my final presentation, I emailed the recruiter asking to reschedule because I had a family emergency. I didn't hear back (and didn't follow up because... FAMILY EMERGENCY) and then was told because I no-showed my presentation that I was no longer under consideration. My jaw hit the floor. I really expected more professionalism from a company of this stature.
