initial contact from recruitment led to a phone interview, this was a straightforward call for 30 mins. 2nd call was with another recruiter, more focused around industry experience. 1st face to face with hiring manager was based around industry knowledge, 2nd in person meeting was a panel presentation including another manager and finally interview with VP. All SF people have been honest and pleasant

The interview process consisted of five rounds and was quite demanding overall. Expectations changed between interviews, communication was inconsistent, and the hiring manager came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh throughout the process
