Interview process was excellent and very professional. Had 3 rounds of interviews. 1st Round was technical and pretty rigorous. It had technical questions on SQL, datawarehousing, requirements gathering, scenario based questions, SCDs, schemas, dimensional modelling etc. 2nd Round was with the hiring manager - this round went pretty well. Great conversation. It was more of an idea exchange and trying to see how I can help the organization and how the organization can help me and more around team skills, handling difficult situations and conflicts with business and engineering teams, culture of trust etc. 3rd Round was a Director Round - Director made me feel very comfortable. It was a very candid conversation and was to check more around my cultural fit in the team. Overall this was one of the most excellent interview processes that I witnessed. Very thought through questions, it was a bit challenging as well but more so, it was about evaluating if you can really make a difference in the firm. While it was about what you know, it was also about what you can learn and do here at Salesforce.

The process started off fine. I passed the initial screen, and the interview with the IAM Director (he was awesome). The interview experience went significantly south when I met with other interviewers. They weren't all able to meet at one time, so I met with the 4 interviewers separately back to back (Yes, from 1 pm to 6 pm.) Lastly, I reached out a week and half later to the recruiter for an update he never returned any emails or responses. I ended up withdrawing my application from consideration. I wouldn't want to work for a team who demonstrates such poor communication and professionalism.
