Eight 30 min to 1 hour video conference interviews with a 1 hour panel presentation on last interview based on specific use case. Was assigned a manager to guide me through the long interview process as Salesforce asks a lot of your time. Manager really went out of his way to set me up for success!

The application was straightforward 3 steps in total one with the recuirter, HM interview and a panel. The panel was quite challenging. I felt like i walked into a cold room immediately.

Un percorso di selezione strutturato prevede diverse fasi: un primo colloquio HR conoscitivo, un approfondimento tecnico, e infine un panel in cui presentare tramite demo una soluzione costruita sugli specifici requisiti dell’azienda fittizia, seguendo uno storytelling chiaro ed efficace.

- Interview avec Talent Acquisition
- 2 interview avec Managers SE
- Panel (mise en situation et démo produit) - étape clé
- Interview VP pour validation
