The day after I applied for the position I received an email from a Salesforce recruiter with an invitation to set up a 30 minute phone call the following week. During the call, I was told that I would be sent to the final round of interviews, and a few weeks later I had a 45 minute virtual interview with three department managers. I answered quite a few behavioral questions, in addition to questions gauging my interest level and knowledge of the company/position. To my happy surprise, I received an offer to join the team a few weeks after that.

4 interviews in total. The first was with HR, second with a manager and the third was a business case. The last interview was a personality test. To the people who apply for this job; I strongly suggest you to do you preparation!

Ridiculously long final interview for an entry level role. I was asked to take a day off of my annual leave for a 6 hour long assessment day. Required long hours of preparation after my working hours and I was asked to give a presentation on the day. I would not recommend employers dragging through candidates for this long and asking them to use their annual leave if the employers is not even sure about them at this stage. I found out that they were interviewing an other canditate for the same role and they were never meant to hire both us, opposed to what they said in the beginning. Recruiter never contacted me on her own about the outcome of the assessment day. I had to email her two weeks late to find out I did not get the offer.

I was approached for the bda role by a recruiter from Salesforce. I was pleasantly surprised by the research that was done prior to our conversation by the recruiter. The process was quite long but went very smooth and there were no unnecessary steps or questions.
