The process was two-folds consisting of a video call with the Auckland Customer Success team, then proceeding onto the Assessment Day held in Sydney, AUS, which involved two 1:1 interviews and a case study presentation.

The interview process has taken place in Dublin for one day. It is composed of two parts: one case to be solved in groups and 1to1 interviews. The case could be prepared one week before the assessment. The 1to1 interviews were more to state the fit with the company. I spent both the interviews by asking to the interviewers questions and meanwhile also telling them who I am.
