Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Salesforce (New York, NY)
Entrevista
Lots of questions regarding the software you would be selling and then even more so on a deeper level. Basically have to know MuleSoft backwards and forwards without even working there. Then heavy into behavioral and personal questions. Some seem a little too personal that they almost want to make you feel bad about something.
My biggest observation is three people were interviewing me and all they did was type on their computer the entire time. They would look up randomly but it felt like I was talking to the wall. My advice is to have ONE person scribe and take time to actually LISTEN to the candidate. There's no way to fully listen and also type the answer at the same time. Very off-put by this and it definitely played a role in me not accepting the position.
