The interview process was one of the smoothest I've ever gone through. My recruiter was amazing at staying in touch and providing updates. I started with a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by a touchbase with HR, a phone interview with an analyst from the same team, and finally a panel presentation.

Tell me about some metrics you would use to track the key items in a project.
Straightforward, standard questions by the book, nothing special or out of the ordinary. Classical PM questions, some were related to usage of AI in the daily work and to team management
I had a 30 minute phone screening with recruiter and then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was told they would be in touch with next steps. 2 weeks later I received a rejection email.

Getting a referral for a job is a massive advantage. No salary was disclosed I was asked what I would expect first. Interview was pretty casual and easy going. Would recommend
