I was initially denied my application for this position but was emailed about a week later from a recruiter asking about my interest. I applied using a strong employee referral as well as with some experience on the Salesforce Trailhead learning platform. After I talked with the recruiter, I had my first video interview with a hiring manager. About a week after that I had my next phone interview with a senior level in that position. My final interview was about three weeks after that and it was a presentation that I had to create and present to three people. Each interview was very informal and conversational. I was prepared with all of the typical interview questions but I also looked up articles about Salesforce interview questions asked. Highly suggest going that.
