One of my friends who worked at Salesforce referred me. I had a phone interview with hiring manager within 2 days of applying and then in person interviews, 30 minutes each back to back, with seven other individuals the next week. Then I had a final phone interview with hiring manager and they told me they will make me an offer. The recruiter was awesome and kept me informed throughout the process and was always reachable.
