The process was really enjoyable with Salesforce. The recruitment team were always communicative, which makes a world of difference. Each interaction with the hiring team was enthusiastic, welcoming and purposeful; I could tell everyone was deeply engaged and prepared beforehand. They made a point of ensuring I had plenty of time to do my own ‘interviewing’ of them too, so I could feel confident in making my decision about joining the team and the company. Honestly one of the best recruitment processes I’ve been through.
