The process took 3 weeks time. I was referred by one of my former colleague. Beauty of the whole interview process is that, it is finely grained reflection of the work culture at Salesforce. The HR and the recruiting team thoroughly walked me through the requirement and after I explained them my current role we moved to next stage. Round 1: Video Conference round for initial assessment. This was a close to one hour long session with questions varying from personal background to technical ones including business analysis, user stories, project management, scrum master responsibilities, business intelligence, data analytics. Round 2: Another Video Conference: Next round was another comprehensive round for an hour or so. It was also basically surrounded around my area of interests, how I would situations that the team is currently facing. Ethical dilemmas, product owner vs scrum master vision to Product Owner & Scrum Master role. Queries around Agile Methodology. Personal understanding and where abouts. Round 3: Onsite Telephony Round: This too was for an hour long session. The interviewer walked me through the expectations and what the teams concern are around. how i would bring value to the table. Healthy conversation around industry best practices. Round 4: Onsite Interview: Super cool 1 hour session. We had a cafeteria interview session. After the initial acknowledgement and formal discussion around data analytics concepts and perspectives around the role. We moved on to have snacks as it was in the evening time. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. All the best for all my fellow friends who will be taking up their interview sessions and a word of advice be yourselves and give your best.

The process started off fine. I passed the initial screen, and the interview with the IAM Director (he was awesome). The interview experience went significantly south when I met with other interviewers. They weren't all able to meet at one time, so I met with the 4 interviewers separately back to back (Yes, from 1 pm to 6 pm.) Lastly, I reached out a week and half later to the recruiter for an update he never returned any emails or responses. I ended up withdrawing my application from consideration. I wouldn't want to work for a team who demonstrates such poor communication and professionalism.
