After my interview I received an email from Salesforce asking me to leave a review on Glassdoor as Salesforce values transparency. I have never worked for or heard of a company that asks candidates to leave these reviews, and Salesforce's dedication to transparency is just one of the many amazing traits of this company The interview experience involved a phone interview and an in-person one. The interviewer called exactly on time for the scheduled interview and I could hear genuine excitement in their voice when we were talking about the role. For the in-person interview, the first half was learning about the culture and values of Salesforce and the second half involved giving a presentation to your potential team and management. The presentation was a challenging exercise, and it was a great simulation of what the role would involve.

A networking event with the opportunity to meet the hiring managers + an open Q&A panel. Followed by two presentations. Both presentations were for a duration of 10 minutes and topics were: self introduction + case study
