I was referred internally by a current employee. Within hours, the hiring manager reached out to me via email to set up a time to interview the following day. Over two weeks, I interviewed with 4 different people on the team, with an email notification for each interview the day before. Most of the questions were behavioral and a lot of probing into details on my resume. My last two interviews were very casual and fun--more like a phone conversation than interview. One interviewer worked with design and asked me several questions about design even though it's not directly related to the job I was interviewing for. There was ample time for questions, so have them ready. Overall, they are looking for a good cultural fit and passion for the role.
