Entrevista
A structured set of interviews from recruiters, peers and a panel. The scheduling was easy over skype and sometimes depending on the location in person.
The interviewers were personable and well prepared.
The recruiter was readily accessible and kept me informed throughout the interviewing process.
Overall, I rate the interviewing experience as a 9/10

Describe a situation where a program did not go as planned?
How did you address customer C-level expectations and overall program team expectations?
Two initial phone interviews followed by an in-person interview by a panel. The in-person was out of state and they paid for that trip. It was an abbreviated process, but went well. Role was in its infancy so there was not a lot of detail.

Entrevista
Initial phase 6mths: Lots of one to one meetings with various people looking for fit and experience alignment with a new need. Final phase once specific opportunity identified 2mths: 1 hr interview with hiring manager followed by panel of 4 interview and presentation. Each interview a mixture of fit and specifics to job area. Sense that both parts equally important.
