Predictable process with a larger company multiple tears of approvals meetings and qualification questions. Young culture and clearly driven with professional protocols and thoughtful feedback. I would recommend going through the process if you have time

Great and it was friendly. We had a few technical questions also. We also had a behavioural based round and also related to certifications and some scenarios with the client

About scenario based and also behavioural questions.
Awful, even with my experience they recruiter tried low balling me. It funny how companies preach diversity and inclusion, but continue to low ball women and minority talent. But, overall the interview was below average. The recruiter didnt provide any guidance on the panel interview process, so I pretty much had to wing it.

3 interviews in total. 2 individual interviews (30 mins each) and 1 panel interview (1 hour). Overall had a great experience with all 3 interviews and received an offer after 2 weeks.
