      Entrevista

      I came across the position on LinkedIn and applied through their career website. Initially, I received an email from the Development Manager asking me to complete an assignment, which had a week-long deadline. After submitting the assignment, I received an invitation for an online technical interview, scheduled for 1 hour. The interview began with an introduction, followed by in-depth technical questions, and the interviewer presented a DSA problem, which I solved quickly. A few days later, I received another invitation for a 1.5-hour technical interview, this time with two interviewers. They reviewed the take-home assignment I submitted and asked numerous questions regarding the project, including how I would optimize it. Then, they asked questions about Java, Spring Boot, and Rest APIs, along with some design-related queries. They also gave me another DSA problem, which was a medium-difficulty one. After taking a few hints, I was able to solve it. Four days later, I received a call from HR offering me the job.

      3 rounds of interviews: quick prescreening call with HR, on-site meeting with the manager, and a tech call with the lead engineer. Prescreening was as usual. On the same day, I got a call from the manager and planned a second round for the next workday. The second round was the most important. First quick introduction, then easy puzzle, then 15 min of technical questions (OOP, basic programming principles, Relational DBs, etc) - pretty easy, nothing too deep. Then, about 40 minutes talk about previous experience, position, hobbies, and other basic topics. Very pleasant and friendly, good atmosphere. The third round was very quick - no live coding, a couple of architectural questions, static code analysis, and how to improve it (N+1 problem), SQL questions, overall around 10-15 minutes. Received an offer a couple of days after. The whole process was clean, friendly, and fast at every level.
