I interviewed at SAP Labs Bengaluru, India. The hiring process at SAP was quite lengthy, spanning nearly a month with four interview rounds. The interviews themselves were fairly straightforward, and the interviewers were engaging and professional. However, communication with the recruiter was challenging, and reaching them often required persistent follow-up. Overall, while the interview experience was positive, there is room for improvement in the hiring process and communication. Unfortunately, I was not selected for the role due to a budget constraint, as their budget for the role was below my current compensation package. I would strongly suggest get a clarity on the budget from the recruiter before investing time and effort in the interview process.
