1. Formal HR interview ~ 30 mins online with standard questions. The HR was professional and asked meaningful questions based on my CV.
2. First interview with 2 Staff members (Dev expert, and Manager) ~ 1 hour on-site.
3. Second interview with Staff (the same Dev expert, and Manager) ~ 3 hours on-site

Pregunta 1
First technical interview:
Started with in depth discussion of my previous experience, then lots of general Java related questions (Threads, Collections, Spring), finished with an algorithmic task for brackets sorting (verbal explanation in Java was expected).
Second technical interview:
Implement from scratch a small generic async multithreading messaging app with REST APIs connecting to a DB. The app should be written in Java and should be able to make CRUD operations to the DB through the REST APIs.
