Process was pretty thorough. The main part was the virtual bootcamp which included circa 20 candidates and a similar amount of SAP colleagues, the day included 1-2-1 interviews, group task, role pay etc. if you were successful in the bootcamp you were invited for a further interview with a potential future manager and VP (from a specific LoB not the academy manager) this stage gives you a chance to ask more questions about the role beyond the academy.

There were no generic questions asked, the process is mostly designed to see how you interact with colleagues in a group and gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills and personality.

Entrevista
Fairly brief and informal. The interviewer is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely come prepared, but nothing to worry about.
Interview process took about an hour long. Feel free to ask anything at the end of the session. The interviewer provides a clear hiring process at the end.

Interview process - two HR calls to discuss experience and qualifications
Next step is the invitation to a boot camp day where you will receive a scenario and asked throughout the day to complete different activities for example understanding the company pain points and ultimately giving a presentation on this within a group setting
