Applied in December which asked me to complete a 2 hour "employment fit" assessment test online. This was quite straightforward and it took about 3 weeks for a SAP HR representative to contact me through phone. Set up a phone interview and was asked behavioural questions (ie. describe a case where someone disagreed with you). The next week got contacted to take part of SAP Bootcamp. The bootcamp was not what I expected, you're actually given real business cases and are given the entire day to come up with a solution to the customer (which you will present). You are also graded on your ability to work individually as well as with a team. So you need to really be on your game here, it's quite challenging and you definitely need to ask the right questions or else the assessors won't give you the needed information. At the end of the day they told us that only about 4 of us would make it, there was more than 20 of us in the bootcamp. I was very disappointed that I did not get the offer, the whole process took 2 months of preparation on SAP products etc. You really need to be at your game come the bootcamp.

Efficient and concise. Recruiter ask various scenarios questions to understand candidate's answers and reasoning. Apart from that, recruiter also went thoroughly with all the important key points of job description ad answer any questions.

Entrevista
First round is super basic interview screen, general questions, great recruiter.
Second is a 1:1 with a former graduate who currently is a MM/ENT AE, where they ask a lot about you and who you are more so than your sales process / experience.
Third is the all day affair. Case study on Zoom, a few 1:1's. Offer came via call from recruiter about 10 days after that.
