Their hiring process is pathetic. They have a mediocre AI called Alex which keeps on rescheduling interviews. After the confirmation from the recruiter, it was all good until the AI started rescheduling! Even the recruiter was being informed about the rescheduling. However, he didn’t even bother to mail me immediately that it was a glitch in the system. Thinking that I have the interview rescheduled I gave commitments to other interviews. Little did I know that the recruiter will call me just an hour before the interview and says there’s a glitch in the system. It’s a shame they call themselves a world-class organisation and produce such mediocre products only to waste the time of interviewers and also destroy other opportunities.
