I interviewd for Product Support in Dublin Ireland and the experience was very positive. I had two 1 hour face to face onsite interviews. Both times i was made to feel very welcome and the interviewers who were both managers were very friendly.

They go through everything on your CV so make sure you can back up everything on it.
First round with a 1 on 1 interview with the member of the team, the second round is panel interview with the manager and two other members of the team. Both technical and behavioural questions.
3 interviewers, all of them were very nice, but one of them was a bit unprepared. 30 minute behavioral questions and 30 minute technical. The senior manager asked about the projects on my resume.
