They phone screened first. Checked general proficiencies in various topics such as networking, relational database, general object oriented programming quesitons, linux commands. They checked those proficiencies to see which team you were best suited for. Then interviewed in person based on that team.

Entrevista
I applied in May 2019. Two rounds of interview. One is phone interview involving behavioural and technical questions. Another in person panel interview (4v1) was given within 48 hours after the phone interview, involving many technical questions related to database, oop, cmds, networking, trouble-shooting and some fair behavioural questions.

Entrevista
The first round is 30 mins phone interview with one of the product support manager. The interview was easy and last about 20 mins. The second round is a panel interview with one product support manager, two product support engineer, and one newly hired person in product support role. The interview was much more intense. The questions mainly focus on your resume's projects. A lot of behavior questions which you can actually know by searching on Glassdoor or other websites before the interview. And the technical questions are mainly about SQL, Linux, GIT, and Client-Production Database management.
