Relaxed and engaging. The interviewer was increadibly friedly and ready to answer any questions that I had regarding the role and the teams I might work with. The discussion about career progression and what could be expected was also on point.

Why did you decided to persue a career in audit and assurance and what are the skills you believe are necessary for a role like this?
online test- video interview-assessment centre- partner interview, and this is the whole process they use during the interview. The interview is quite clear, every part has people to guide you.
Whole day assessment centre with group case study and interview. Group activity was easy but be careful about time limit. Individual interview was mostly behavioural questions and it was very short about 30 min.

Entrevista
Group case + Partner interview. Not overly technical. Found out they were interviewing for this team but didn't have an open position from people I know internally. Obviously got declined however got a referral to get fast tracked to final round for another team for the next recruitment cycle.
