Very friendly process and clear with regard to goals. Was given enough time to prepare for the initial interview. Would recommend to read about the company on their website and be ready to be challenged about your personal goals .

What are your career goals for the next five years?
Applied through official career site, Received invitation to Online Assessment within a day, After finishing the OA, got an email mentioning I passed the online assessment and then received a rejection letter after 3 weeks without any update in between.
Completed a rather long cognitive test where I was asked a series of problem solving questions, followed by a series of questions where I had to choose which of the 3 options sounded most like me. Then there was a 1 way interview where they asked 2 questions.

L’intervistatore è stato disponibile e il clima del colloquio è stato professionale ma tranquillo
