Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en PwC (Tampa, FL) en mar 2015
Entrevista
Almost like clockwork, I heard from PwC every 10 days to schedule the next interview. Everyone was uber professional along the way.
Three phone interviews (recruiter, Sr Manager, Director), two in person (same Sr Manager, Managing Partner). All were mainly conversational in nature, describing current and perceived role of the area being interviewed for. I was advised that - in the hiring process - they preferred more junior candidates at Manager or below.
While I received nothing but positive feedback, was ultimately rejected by a recruiter with no explanation. I requested constructive feedback, received none.
I left this experience thinking there a certain type of candidate they're looking for...and - despite credentials - was not it. A shame, as the person who referred me is a wonderful ambassador for the company.

What is your preferred approach for solving problem x?
I believe you may be overqualified for this position...?
I interviewed for a position that's slightly out of my expertise. They took the time to understand why and was engaging to explain what the role requires. There were 3 of them.

Softball questions. Technical questions were nothing difficult and so weren't memorable. Interviews were more of a soft skills check than anything else. The decision was already made once my resume was seen.

Well coordinated . Straight to the point. No time wasted. A positive experience overall. Interviewers were nice and respectful. A panel of 2 people who asked different questions. Was asked behavioural questions and some technical questions. Ensuring answers followed the STAR approach
