I was asked to do an online assessment and essay writing before the interview session. The interviewers were friendly and everything went pretty good. It was a good experience overall.

Three rounds, all behavioral. The first was with a recruiter focusing on background and interest in tax. The second was with a senior associate, diving deeper into experiences and teamwork. The final round was with a director, focused on fit, long-term goals, and situational questions.
