Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PwC (Lima, Lima) en dic 2012
Entrevista
Summer 2013 internship. I got referred by a former employee and had a one-on-one interview with the partner at the Corporate Finance area in December 2012. The area is really small (around 15 employees) so the partner interviewed me directly. 30-minute long with mostly questions about university, courses I had taken, and very few technical ones. I maintained contact with him until May, when I was accepted and went through the HR department for the personality interview. This was 30 mins as well, with basic questions and then some time to do some drawings. After that there were IQ and skills test that I had to complete online (around 2.5 hours).

No challenging technical questions for the internship position.
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
