I was initially interviewed by a director, then referred to interview with 2 partners, then with 3 partners including the chairman of the practice. The interviews were relatively quick (less than 30 min) and straight to the point.

Applied online, 2 days later recruiter reached out to schedule interview. Interviewed with 7 people - Partner, Alliance Lead, MD. HR, ACRE. Interview was not difficult. The Partner had no interviewing skills. No emotional intelligence. He spent most of the time talking about himself.
