Entrevista
I was applying for an out of state office, but it seemed rather unorganized. I was first told that I was coming in for an office visit then received an email a week later saying it was a phone interview scheduled two weeks later. The interviewer for the phone interview seemed over worked and had to (understandably) postpone the interview a few minutes mid call. I also thought the questions were too open ended and not very well thought out.
Online cognitive tests mostly aimed to test ability to think quickly and react or make intelligent decisions in limited time. You have an option to use the practice platform beforehand followed by on online Hirevue style virtual interview followed by a virtual Assessment Centre followed by an offer.

Breve chiamata con hr per presentare il profilo accademico e professionale e successivamente colloquio con il manager presentando un business case da ragionare insieme a lui, fatto per verificare il metodo di ragionamento.
Pretty simple mostly talked through my cv and asked me questions about how i would behave in different situations. Nothing really technical at all, which was surprising. Both partners were really friendly and they make the interview feel more like a conversation than a questionaire
