Entrevista
There are 3 steps before JO:
1. Assessment - you will answer questions while in a call with other participants. The HR will require you to on your camera for monitoring purposes. I think the time limit is 2 hours.
2. HR interview - mostly behavioral questions. They will also explain the vacant positions and ask what position you are interested to join.
3. Line manager interview - ask behavioral and few technical questions.

Domande molto tecniche anche sulla contabilità, ma probabilmente non era proprio una posizione adatta a me che non ho studiato economia. Il partner era molto pungente, il senior manager invece era una persona gentile e tranquilla.
El proceso fue muy bueno y amable desde el primer contacto, siempre fueron claros y resolvieron mis dudas. Asignaron mis pruebas, entrevistas y documentación a entregar conforme a las fechas acordadas.

The first interview was the initial screening call, followed by technical and behavioral interviews assessing skills, experience, and problem solving. Final round focuses on team fit, communication, and role expectations before decision.
