I have held off posting until I heard back on next steps (3 months after my in-person interview). The interview process was not difficult. Phone screen with Recruiter. Phone Screen with Hiring Manager. In-person meeting with 4 team members (each meeting lasting approx. 30 minutes). Standard questions on experience and walking through a case study. My issue with the process came after the in-person interview. No follow-up came for 2 weeks. I reached out to the Recruiter I spoke with and he said he would check-in with the team and get back to me. That was 3 months ago. I just now received an email that I was no longer in consideration. The best part was there were typos throughout the email. NVIDIA - you obviously have great things going for you (exciting tech, stock price going up, etc.) but if you don't get your act together you're going to quickly turn off talent from new opportunities. Granted, I was interviewing for a position that I wasn't fully qualified for. But assuming I was a great fit, I would have had to think very carefully about the culture and climate of employee-relations.
